In Belgium, medical expenses are partially reimbursed by social security. The reimbursement amount depends on the type of care and the patient’s situation. Doctor consultations, hospital care, and prescribed medications may be partially covered. It is recommended to check specific reimbursements based on each patient's health insurance.
