Arnaud Mevel
Physiotherapist
I specialize in the treatment of orthopedic and sports-related conditions in children (starting from walking age), adolescents, and adults. I also manage pediatric respiratory disorders such as bronchiolitis and cystic fibrosis. I graduated from UCLouvain in 2021, where I completed a specialization in orthopedics and manual therapy. I then pursued a sixth year through the inter-university program in sports physiotherapy, in partnership with the University of Liège. Since then, I have continued to expand my expertise through ongoing training in a variety of complementary fields, including sleep, nutrition, prevention, mental health, and clinical education.
I also offer pediatric on-call services for common urgent conditions such as sprains, limping, bronchiolitis, and other acute issues. My services include home care, rehabilitation in the pool, and the application of joint or muscular support bandages following trauma—within 24 hours of the injury. For certain cases of chronic pain or radiating muscle contractures, I occasionally use dry needling (intra-muscular needles without injections), with or without ultrasound guidance.
My professional background is detailed on my website: www.kinemevel.beI am fluent in both French and English, and can also welcome you in Dutch.
